The course will provide you the skills necessary for effective preparation and confidence in carrying out advocacy in this area. It is particularly useful for you if you are new to this area of the law, or are returning to it following a break. You will have the opportunity to prepare submissions in advance, in relation to situations typical of those faced in practice.
