Special Assistance Policy
BPP aims to provide all our delegates with the best quality of service when attending our courses in a fair, transparent and consistent way. We recognise that some delegates may require special assistance and where possible BPP will take reasonable steps to make appropriate arrangements to accommodate these.
How do I apply for special assistance?
Delegates wishing to request special arrangements when attending a BPP course are encouraged to do so when booking. Each request, whatever the circumstance, is determined on an individual basis.
Is there a fee for special assistance?
Most special arrangements will not have a cost attached to them. However, where there is a substantial cost incurred because of the nature of the special assistance, BPP will inform the delegate before confirming the order.
