Head I - Property

The Test

The Property Test is comprised of two parts: Land Law and Conveyancing and Wills, Probate and Administration. Both parts are worth 50 marks and candidates are expected to answer questions in both parts of the Test.

The Test is 3 hours in length, with an additional 30 minutes' reading time.

The pass mark is 50%
