This course will be of benefit to newly qualified solicitors, paralegals, legal executives, trainees and solicitors who specialise in other areas of law, but who are reasonably unfamiliar with this area.

Overview

An essential component of any Private Client CPD menu, this course addresses the ethics and law of wills.

This is an introductory course and would suit all beginners or those who are returning to the subject after some time. Practical case studies will be covered in this course.
