Overview
Most major investments in a business are carefully monitored and nurtured to ensure that they deliver an appropriate return. This practical seminar will demonstrate a range of methods and tactics to enable you to improve your people management skills, in order to increase the return on investment your staff deliver, whilst generating a happy 'self-starting' environment. Some of the key theoretical frameworks will also be shared.
