This course will be of benefit to those who have some knowledge of civil litigation but little or no knowledge of clinical negligence litigation.

Overview

This introductory course is designed to cover the basic law and procedures of clinical negligence claims from a perspective of solicitors acting for claimants.

• The allocation questionnaire and the case management conference
• Exchange of witness statements and expert reports
