This course will be of benefit to trainee and newly qualified solicitors commencing their family law experience.
Overview
This course complements the Core Skills for New Family Practitioners course and gives an overview of the whole Family law arena focusing on answering the questions ‘What happens next?’ and ‘How do I do it?’ The course deals with the practical running of cases rather than substantive case law and includes a variety of drafting and other exercises.

Consideration of the forms, common directions, procedural rules and practical steps throughout all stages for:

- Ancillary Relief
- Section 8 Applications
- Domestic Violence
